Cowboys and the Tea Party political movement have a lot on common. Both believe in individual responsibility; judging a man by his actions not words; and, both are disgusted with government intrusions into our lives and particularly our God given rights.

Allen West's Latest Ad "I'm Just Getting Started"
Retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel and current Congressman Allen West is a straight talker. Representative West (R-FL) is someone who says something that each and everytime you can take to the bank. Although his district would certainly hate to lose him, this is someone he need on the national scene and not just in a cabinent position. Hopefully we'll see him run for the Presidency sooner rather than later.
Things are looking good for the existing leadership in Lincoln's party with people like Allen West, Senator Mike Lee (R-UT), Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL), Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) and several state governors such as Nikki Hayley (R-SC) and Scott Walker (R-WI).
