Kansas bans Islamic law.

Republican Kansas Governor Sam Brownback signed a bill keeping state courts and agencies from using Islamic or other non-U.S. laws when making decisions. Saria, or Islamic law, covers all aspects of Muslim life, including religious obligations and financial dealings.

Opponents of law say that this new law is discriminatory and could void wills or legal contracts between Muslims. Critics also say that is singled out Muslims for ridicule and was unnecessary because American laws prevail on U.S. soil. Yep,...thats what the Brits thought as well as the French. It is projected that in 30 to 35 years, over 50% of the population in these countries will be Muslim.

Supporters said the law will reassure foreigners in Kansas that state laws and the U.S. Constitution would protect them. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) in Washington denounced the Kansas law and said it is considering legal action. Go ahead and sue Kansas,..too bad you can't use Sharia precedence because Sharia is outlawed in Kansas. Go back to being soley a thinly disguished front group for radical Islamists.

About 20 states have considered similar legislation but the Kansas law is the only one signed in recent weeks. What the heck are all the other States waiting on? "............the governor of Kansas chose to support the growing Islam-phobia in our society......" says CAIR. Oh Yeah? I supposed CAIR thinks that Honor Killings are okay.

Federal courts struck down an Oklahoma law voters approved in 2010 that barred state judges from considering sharia law in making decisions. The court called the law discriminatory. Discriminatory? Are you kidding me? This Country was founded on Christian-Judeo priniciples,.........not the murderous crap most of the Muslim worlds believes. Not only do we have Federal Courts standing up for Sharia in this country, but now we have school children in New York required to learn Arabic.....

New York Public School Requires Arabic Language Studies.

Public School 368, a public elementary school in Manhattan, New York, has implemented a school-wide mandate requiring all students in grades second through fifth to spend two 45-minute sessions each week learning Arabic. The requirement, which begins next school year is suppsedly intended to help the school’s reputation and gain international standing. I wouldn't have a problem with it if they were training these kids to be U.S. Intelligence Analysts or communications intercept technicians, but the Muslim world has brought the U.S. nothing but pain and suffering and we continue to kowtow to these haters who want nothing but our deaths.

Wisconsin Votes For Fiscal Sanity

Not only did Wisconsin vote today for fiscal sanity, they voted for common sense over debt ridden state government,...they voted to end the Union hold on tax payer's money. They voted for Republican Governor Scott Walker over Challenger and Milwaukee Mayor Tom Barrett.





At 86% of the vote counted, the race was called in Governor Walker's favor as it wasn't even close.  As you remember, the liberal press had this a close race,..at about a 5% margin for Walker but well within the margin of error.  Well, better get to ready to re-define those margins of error,...there's another voting reckoning coming u in November 2012.

Well, President Eisenhower,...we have already arrived at your prediction. The Presidency for the past 12 out of 20 years has been held by people who disdain military service, and especially with the latest non-serving president, are actively working to gut the military.
