Bankruptcy 101...why is the U.S. Bankrupt?

Forwarded to me by a reader, this is real eye opener.

WHY is the USA BANKRUPT? It's easy to dismiss individual programs that benefit non-citizens until they're put together and this picture emerges. Someone did a lot of research to put together all of this data.. Often these programs are buried within other programs making them difficult to find.

If you are a Liberal who thinks the war in Iraq is costing us too much? Then read on, as we have been hammered with the propaganda that it was the Iraq war and the war on terror that is bankrupting us.

The following reasons are why we are bankrupt...

1. $11 Billion to $22 billion is spent on welfare to illegal aliens each year by state governments.
Verify at: http://www.fairus.org/site/PageServer?pagename=iic_immigrationissuecenters7fd8

2. $2.2 Billion dollars a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC, and free school lunches for illegal aliens.
Verify at: http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.HTML

3. $2.5 Billion dollars a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.
Verify at: http://www.cis.org/articles/2004/fiscalexec.HTML

4. $12 Billion dollars a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English!

5. $17 Billion dollars a year is spent for education for the American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies.
Verify at http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANscriptS/0604/01/ldt.01.HTML

6. $3 Million Dollars a DAY is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens.
Verify at: http://transcripts.cnn.com/%20TRANscriptS/0604/01/ldt.01.HTML

7. 30% percent of all Federal Prison inmates are illegal aliens.
Verify at: http://transcripts.CNN.com/TRANscriptS/0604/01/ldt.01.HTML

8. $90 Billion Dollars a year is spent on illegal aliens for Welfare & social services by the American taxpayers.
Verify at: http://premium.cnn.com/TRANSCIPTS/0610/29/ldt.01.HTML

9. $200 Billion dollars a year in suppressed American wages are caused by the illegal aliens.
Verify at: http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0604/01/ldt.01.HTML

10. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that's two and a half times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the US .
Verify at: http://transcripts.cnn..com/TRANSCRIPTS/0606/12/ldt..01.HTML

11. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 MILLION illegal aliens that crossed our Southern Border also, as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from Terrorist Countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroin and marijuana, crossed into the US from the Southern border.
This is just well known. If the figures, which are extremely hard to be 100% accurate, are off even 25% then this is a HUGE problem.

12. The National Policy Institute estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 and $46 billion annually over a five year period.
Verify at: http://www.nationalpolicyinstitute..org/PDF/deportation.PDF

13. In 2006, illegal aliens sent home $45 BILLION in remittances to their countries of origin.
Verify at: http://www/.rense.com/general75/niht.htm>

14. The Dark Side of Illegal Immigration: Nearly One million sex crimes Committed by Illegal Immigrants In The United States.
Verify at: http: // www.drdskcom/articleshtml

The total cost is a whopping $ 338.3 BILLION DOLLARS a year.

This amount of money, $338,300,000,000.00 could provide for a tremendous stimulus if used for good.

Unions and their Entitlements Destroying America

Now it's not just Wisconsin, but Indiana is addressing the destruction of America by the Unions and their entitlement mentality. I believe that most Americans don't know the issues with the Unions, the power of their collective bargaining and the ramifications (read havoc) that their "rights", pensions and other entitlements have brought to the States' budgets and, indeed, this Country.

Article from Yahoo! News by William Browning – Feb 22

Indiana has joined the labor union fight between Democrats and Republicans. Democratic lawmakers fled the state to protest the right-to-work law in front of the state legislature.

What is a right-to-work law? Here are some facts about what is known as right-to-work in the United States.

Right-to-Work and Labor Unions

When a law deals with the right to work, it talks about how labor unions are funded and empowered in various states. Some states require employees to be part of a union if they want to work for certain agencies. Other states do not have such a requirement. It's called "right-to-work" because employees won't have to pay anything to have a job if they don't want to.

Cowboy's Comment: "Yeah, pay dues to the union which in turn use it to fund the campaign coffers of Democrat candidates, which perpetuates the power of the unions. You all heard President "Community Organizer" Obama state his opposition to union reforms that the Wisconsin Governor is trying to do....Obama called it an attack on the unions."

For example, in a right-to-work state, one can be a teacher without paying into the teachers' union. In a state without such a provision, employees are required to pay union dues for a union job. For workers, living in a right-to-work state means you don't have to pay union dues. Should the union strike, you would not have voting rights in the organization and can walk across picket lines.

Idiot Alert -Double the Fun

Today you get two idiots for the price of one,...

An angry exchange between a Dallas County Court Commissioner and a citizen speaker during a meeting generated a series of verbal exchanges ending with the “go to hell” request. Note: It was reported that Price actually said "White People,....you go to hell"

Commissioner John Wiley Price (Idiot Number One), the only African American, on the court was addressing the requests of citizens at an open forum portion of the meeting. The angry out bursts started when several people spoke on the forced resignation of long term elections administrator Bruce Sherbet.

Price became offended when one of the speakers called him “Mullah” which was too close to “Moolie” a derogatory term applied to African Americans.

Cowboy's Comment: Never in my 50+ years have I ever heard the term "moolie",...now I have heard "muley" for Mule Deer,...."

CBS reports that “Court rules state that public speakers may not address individual commissioners by name. As Turner spoke, he continued to call Price “Chief Mulllah.” Price interrupted Turner several times, yelling at him, “don’t call me Chief Mulllah” and “call me by my name.”

Turner claims that his use of the name Mullah was not racially motivated but spoke to the iron rule by authorities in foreign nations like Afghanistan.

In spite of Price's interruptions Turner continued to speak which eventually led to Commissioner Price making his request for what the speakers should do and then he walked out of the court. County Judge Clay Jenkins then adjourned the meeting.

Jeff Turner , the Dallas lawyer and Tea Party member, whose comments about Dallas County Commissioner John Wiley Price ignited a shouting match at the close of yesterday's meeting, later spoke out about the matter:

"While yesterday's events, as the Dallas County Commissioners' meeting came to adjournment may appear to be entertaining, the real news is not whether a particular individual citizen speaking before the Commissioners is a racist."

"Racism, a form of baseless judgmentalism, violates the Judeo-Christian ethic that all humans are created in God's image and likeness and are members of His family. Whether I am a racist is a matter between me and my God and His Church. [Note to media and Commissioner Price: I do not judge people by the color of their skin but by their words and actions]. The citizens of Dallas County do not care about some unelected person who has no power over them save the power to mark a ballot."

"The real news is whether Commissioner Price has established, or is attempting to establish, a party machine political system in Dallas County, with himself being the "Boss." Or, as I referred to him as, the "Chief Mullah." We hear in the news about the mullahs in Iran, for example, who essentially run that sad country by dictate and corruption and who remain in power through intimidation and dismissal of any and all opponents.

"This development in Dallas County should cause her citizens more than just some concern; they should be very nervous. Since the Great Correction began in 2007-2008, people have lost confidence in their government. But, at least, they generally had confidence in the integrity of the election system. In Dallas County , with the dismissal without cause of Bruce Sherbet as Elections Administrator, it is no longer clear whether the people can continue to have such confidence.

"I pray for all Dallas County Commissioners, including my brother, before God, Commissioner Price, that Infinite and Divine Wisdom will show them the path, and grant them the courage, to truly govern this county unselfishly, with integrity, with wisdom and understanding, and with the respect due to their fellow commissioners and to the people, especially the people's pocketbooks."

Now for Idiot Number Two,...who overlooked the history of corruption and Price's comments,...we have someone with call sign "Liberal 1" who wrote:

"Turner had no business calling John Wiley Price a Mullah...which had nothing to do with commissioners court...grow the hell up and if you don't like MOVE THE HELL OUT OF TEXAS."

Cowboy's comment: Jeez Liberal 1,...a little touchy are we? I see from your call sign (Liberal 1) that you subscribe to the two different sets of rules,..one for Liberals and one for all others who don't drink the koolaid. Here's a tip for you,....Get the hell out of Texas, you jerk.

Newt Gingrich - on U.S. Energy Policy

The U.S. continues to rely on foreign oil for a large amount of our energy needs, placing U.S. National Security at risk, especially when oil export countries and shipment routes are under threat of radical governments rising to power in Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya, Jordan and Yemen. And not to mention the constant threat of a nuclear Iran.

We continue to sit still while we should be developing a greater nuclear energy capability; we should be drilling for more oil and more natural gas; We should not only developing more clean coal sources but uses for coal as an energy as well; and we should be developing massive solar and wind energy capabilities.

Watch Newt's speech at the 2011 CPAC convention calling for an American energy plan and a new Environmental Solutions Agency to replace the old EPA. Be patient, it takes him awhile to get through other issues before he talks about energy policy.

Insight Into Our Future

This was sent to me by an old guy. I don't know if he is glad, like me, that he will be missing most of this new "Info Age". Apparently, Sony played this video at their executive conference this past year.

Liberal Speak

Just wanted to share this Liberal definition for you. It will be helpful when you watch liberal and socialist demonstrations on the television.

Economic Rights = Entitlements,...drinking tax payer money at the government trough. As in,..."The Facist Governor of Wisconsin is denying us our Economic Rights",...when he suggests that there has to be some reform in the gold plated pensions and health care plans of Wisconsin State workers who are bankrupting the state.

Mexico Cartel Violence

Take a look at the below picture. Sorry if it offends you. I'll bet it offends Mexican citizens more. This is what the Mexican Cartels have been doing for years. They are nothing but animals. In fact, that’s a insult to animals who have at least some sense of honor. There is no reasoning with these groups. When a U.S. Law Enforcement officer such as a Border Patrol Agent or a County Sheriffs Deputy runs into someone (or worse yet a group of these scum bags) along the U.S.-Mexican border, it is very hard to ascertain with a moments time if the group is just a bunch of migrants illegally entering the U.S. to find work or get in line for entitlements, or, if the group is from an organization that does the routine violence such as pictured in the below picture.

Translation of the sign above: “they continue sending more assholes of this damn Mamito – (we) don’t understand (why)” “greetings from Tocayo and Eagle”

Yesterday, two Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents were shot, one killed, in central Mexico . Chances are they were not targeted because they were U.S. Law Enforcement Officers, but rather just an off shoot of the indiscriminate violence rendered by the Mexican Cartels.

Don't let your Legislators of the Administration tell you the violence is manageable,...don;t let them tel you the boder is safer than ever before.

Minnesota going Islamic with Sharia?

Somalis demanding special treatment in Minnesota. We have been warned about this for years now. England is finding out that cultural diversity without integration is destroying their Country. Wish the U.S. had the same insight at the highest levels.

I was also dismayed to watch the recent Obama-O'Reilly interview where Obama failed to answer a direct question on if the U.S. Government wanted the Muslim Brotherhood to rule Egypt.

Rumsfeld Interview

WASHINGTON (AFP) – Former US defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld admitted in an interview that the country "would've been better off" if he had quit after the 2004 Abu Ghraib scandal and spared no criticism of his colleagues in his new memoir published Tuesday.

In "Known and Unknown," a memoir by Rumsfeld, defends his handling of the war and recounts his government career serving Republican presidents from Richard Nixon to George W. Bush.

However the former Pentagon chief also admitted his biggest error during his tenure under Bush was his failure to convince the president to accept his resignation in the wake of the Abu Ghraib prison scandal.

"That was such a stain on our country. To think that people in our custody were treated in that disgusting and perverted and ghastly way -- unacceptable way," Rumsfeld told ABC News anchor Diane Sawyer.

"And so I stepped up and told the president I thought I should resign. And I think probably he and the military and the Pentagon and the country would've been better off if I had," he said.

The comments came in his first television interview since leaving public life in December 2006 after a long and divisive tenure at the Pentagon.

In his memoir, Rumsfeld meanwhile wrote how he was "surprised and troubled" that US interrogators went further than the controversial methods of detainees at Guantanamo or Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq that had been otherwise approved.

Pelosi to Boehner Transition - The Untold Story

We could only wish!!

New Feature - Idiot Alert, Feb 9th, 2011

I wish I would have saved all the really idiotic Letters to the Editor of local papers that friends and supporters have sent me over the past year. Now that I've decided to create a new feature, called "Idiot Alert" I could have used the material.

An old Cowboy from South Texas, sent me this letter to the editor:

Last Two Years

"Take back the country" has been the Republican and tea party rallying cry for the last two years.

We now know what they mean by this rant. It means take the country backward 200 years to the era of horse and buggy, flintlocks and paths instead of roads.

Republicans and tea partyers want us to follow a Constitution that was designed for life 200 years ago in the American colonies. The GOP and tea party crowd want us to adhere to a 200-year-old Second Amendment that is totally irrelevant in today's society with its modern and sophisticated weapons.

And in a desperate move, Republicans have latched onto Jefferson's 1700s "nullification" doctrine in their latest bid to invalidate health-care reform.

Their effort is totally unconstitutional (and they know it), a waste of time and will go nowhere with the Senate controlled by Democrats -- but it will keep the tea party supporters at a fever pitch.

Ron Lowe

Harlingen, Texas

Wow Ron! Don't know where to start addressing your problem,...but here goes.

So I reckon you support a Constitution that changes with the mood of the vocal minority. Which part of the Constitution would you change? I mean on one hand you're bashing the Constitution as being "totally irrelevant" today, then on the other hand you accuse (without facts) the Republicans of unconstitutional "nullification" of Obamacare. Oh, don't worry about the facts,...your kind never has,...partially because you won't be able to find any facts to support your idiotic rant. And like we say out here where manners matter,....you are entitled to your opinion (no matter how idiotic they are),..you are just not entitled to your own facts,...but again, you don't have any.....So, why don't you crawl up into the ample lap of your hero George Soros and cry on his shoulder.

Royal snub for the Obamas

In case you haven'tread a paper or listened to the news in the pat six months,.... England is all exicted onthe newest Royal weding plans. British Prince William will soon marrying Kate Middleton. News Flash! American President Barack Obama and Michelle are not invited!

Michelle is livid over the snub and Obama can’t believe it …

Meanwhile, William and Kate have it together.

Prince William and Kate Middleton are planning a royal wedding April 2011. Prince William personally told the wedding planners to strike the Obamas from the guest list. He stated, “He did not want Michelle Obama trying to pull her center of attention ploy trying to upstage Kate on Kate’s wedding day ”. Sources reveal that William states, “She may run Obama, but she doesn’t run him or England ”. The Democrats and Obama would like to play the race card as they have done so many times in America , but it is difficult when other black heads of states are invited to the wedding and will be warmly received.

Now, what is the future King of England ’s reasons for snubbing the Obama’s to the world and making them a laughing stock? It has nothing to do with America beyond being so stupid as to elect such low class imperfection to the office of President and First Lady . The decisions that they make can and will affect the world.

Secondly, Michelle called his mother, Diana, an over-sexed clothes horse and further stated that she, Michelle, was more popular than Diana ever was. Thirdly, Michelle Obama showed her butt at every major social function endeavoring to be the Queen in the lime light. In other words, just a lack of class. Fourthly, the Queen Mother , William’s grand mother, also has her reasons. Obama refused to bow to her but a few days later bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia and Michelle manhandled her by becoming too familiar by putting her arm around her. The Queen only shakes hands with gloves on… That is the tradition and it is still honored by the Royals. The Queen said to her staff, “Never allow that woman to be in the same room with me again” and she meant every word of it.

The gifts from Obama and Michelle were both tacky and in poor taste… It is all a matter of class. In addition, the Queen Mother supported Prince William in his decision due to the fact that the word is out about the lavish booze parties at the White House , the expensive vacations and state visits that cost the American tax payers millions of dollars unnecessarily when the American people need the resources… We here at True American can’t decide if it is just low class, no class, or all that has just been mentioned.

The Obama’s are desperately trying to make it a slight against America . Every past Head of State has always been invited… This is not a state function and William is not yet a Sovereign. It is just a multi-million dollar private wedding and the Obamas have been royally snubbed by the British Royals; not America , just the present classless leaders…after all, it's only a matter of poor manners and low class.

Obtain Refund of Funds Owed to the U.S. by the U.N. Tax Equalization Fund
Approximate $180 million in one time savings
As of December 31, 2009, the United Nations reported that it was holding almost $180 million that the U.S. had overpaid into the U.N.’s Tax Equalization Fund (TEF). It appears that the U.N. is still holding the U.S. funds because the Administration has not instructed the U.N. on how it wishes to dispose of them. By instructing the U.N. to return those funds to the U.S. we can generate savings for American taxpayers. In addition, the Administration should also demand that the process for Tax Equalization Fund withholdings be revised to prevent (or at least reduce) future discrepancies leading to such large surpluses.

Obtain Refund of Unspent Contributions to International Peacekeeping Activities
Approximately $86 million in one-time savings
The United Nations has been holding approximately between $210 and $240 million in cash reserves from closed peacekeeping operations. These funds have been accumulating since the early 1990s. Successive U.N. Secretaries-General have requested authority to maintain these unspent funds in a Peacekeeping Reserve Fund, which allows them to cover shortfalls in peacekeeping and, at times, the general budget. However, U.N. regulations require that unspent funds from liquidated missions be returned to Member States within 12 months (with a potential extension to four years in order to meet receipts submitted by troop contributing countries). The U.S.-share of these unspent funds currently totals approximately $86 million. The U.S. should act to demand the reimbursement of these unspent funds.

Prohibit Economic Assistance to Countries Who Hold More Than $50 Billion in U.S. Debt
Savings of potentially $46 million over ten years
Of America's $14 trillion national debt, approximately $4.3 trillion is held by foreign countries. Over the past year, foreign holding of U.S. debt has increased by over $650 billion. Ironically, we actually provide economic assistance in the form of foreign aid to some of our largest creditors. For example, in 2010 U.S. taxpayers provided approximately $4.7 million in economic assistance for countries, including China, that hold in excess of $50 billion in U.S. government debt (this excludes funds for environmental programs). In short, Congress is borrowing money from foreign countries and turning around using some of that money to provide them with economic grants. This proposal would prohibit any economic foreign aid to a country that holds $50 billion or more in U.S. debt.

More on Social Security

Social Security posting $600B deficit over 10years

What a minute!,......didn't Harry "Dingy" Ried (D-NV), Senate Majority Leader, recently say that the problem in Social Security is overstated. Well yes he did! Not only that, he said: "(the claim that Social Security is broke)....is something that’s perpetuated by people who don’t like government. Social Security is fine," he said earlier this month on NBC. "Are there things we can do to improve social security? Of course, I’m not going to go to backdoor methods to whack social security. I’m not going to do that, we have a lot of things we can do with this debt. But one places I’m not going to be part of picking on is Social Security”

Well if you didn't know everything's really not rosy with Social Security,.....read the latest on FDR's keynote social program in the below Associated Press:

By Stephen Ohlemacher, Associated Press

WASHINGTON – Social Security will post nearly $600 billion in deficits over the next decade as the economy struggles to recover and millions of baby boomers stand at the brink of retirement, according to new congressional projections.

This year alone, Social Security is projected to collect $45 billion less in payroll taxes than it pays out in retirement, disability and survivor benefits, the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office said Wednesday. That figure swells to $130 billion when a new one-year cut in payroll taxes is included, though Congress has promised to repay any lost revenue from the tax cut.

Last year, Social Security posted its first deficit since the program was last overhauled in the 1980s. The CBO said at the time that Social Security would post surpluses for a few more years before permanently slipping into deficits in 2016.

But the new projections show nothing but red ink until the Social Security trust funds are exhausted in 2037.

The outlook has grown bleaker as the nation struggles to recover from its worst economic crisis since Social Security was enacted during the Great Depression. In the short term, Social Security is suffering from a weak economy that has payroll taxes lagging and applications for benefits rising. In the long term, Social Security will be strained by the growing number of baby boomers retiring and applying for benefits.

More than 54 million people receive retirement, disability or survivor benefits from Social Security. Monthly payments average $1,076.

The deficits add a sense of urgency to efforts to improve Social Security's finances. For much of the past 30 years, Social Security has run big surpluses, which the government has borrowed to spend on other programs. Now that the program is running deficits, the federal government will have to find money elsewhere to pay back Social Security, so it continue to issue benefits.

"I've received the lash from those who say, 'Well, you shouldn't have to cut Social Security because there are trillions of dollars of assets,'" said Sen. Kent Conrad, D-N.D., chairman of the Senate Budget Committee. "It is true there are trillions of dollars of assets. It is true that they're backed by the full faith and credit of the United States . It is also true that the only way those bonds get redeemed is out of the current income of the United States ."

Other lawmakers said Social Security's financial problems are not that urgent.

"In the last 75 years, in good times and in bad times, Social Security has paid out every nickel owed to every eligible beneficiary at a relatively modest administrative cost," said Sen. Bernie Sanders, who organized the first meeting of the Senate Social Security caucus Thursday.

"We are getting very tired about hearing our Republican and right wing friends telling us about how Social Security is collapsing when the reality is, Social Security today has a surplus of $2.6 trillion," Sanders said. "Social Security can pay out every benefit owed to every eligible American, for the next 27 years."

Social Security has built up a $2.5 trillion surplus since the retirement program was last overhauled in the 1980s. Benefits will be safe until that money runs out. That is projected to happen in 2037 — unless Congress acts in the meantime. At that point, Social Security would collect enough in payroll taxes to pay out about 78 percent of benefits, according to the Social Security Administration.

The $2.5 trillion surplus, however, has been borrowed over the years by the federal government and spent on other programs. In return, the Treasury Department has issued bonds to Social Security, guaranteeing repayment with interest.

It's a bad time for the nation to be hit with more financial obligations. The federal budget deficit will surge to a record $1.5 trillion flood of red ink this year, congressional budget experts estimated Wednesday, blaming the slow economic recovery and a tax cut law enacted in December.

Lawmakers from both parties have vowed to address the nation's financial problems, including such contentious issues as Social Security and Medicare. The political climate, however, has made it difficult. Some Democrats have criticized plans to cut Social Security benefits as secret plots to destroy the program. Many Republicans have refused to consider tax increases.

"We need to get past the politics of the past and deal with this issue, making the hard decisions that have to be made," Sen. Mike Crapo, R-Idaho, said Thursday at a Senate hearing on the budget deficit. "As we move forward in that context, I personally believe strongly that all aspects of the spending and revenue side of the equation must be on the table."

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., accused congressional Republicans of wanting to end Social Security by privatizing it.

"Privatize means end," Schumer said Thursday after the meeting of the Senate Social Security Caucus.

Schumer was referring to a widely distributed plan by Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wis., chairman of the House Budget Committee. Ryan's plan would offer workers under 55 the option of investing over a third of their current Social Security taxes into personal retirement accounts.

Social Security has been supported by a 6.2 percent payroll tax paid by both workers and employers. In December, Congress passed a one-year tax cut for workers, to 4.2 percent. The lost revenue is to be repaid to Social Security from general revenue funds, meaning it will add to the growing national debt.

Obamacare Ruled Unconstitutional

Yesterday, January 31, 2011 U.S. Distrcit Judge Roger Vinson ruled that the Government cannot mandate people to engage in commerce, e.g.. forcing Americans to buy Health Care, and since that portion of Obamacare was Unconstitutional and unseverable (cannot be separated) from the rest of the Act, the entire Act or Law was Unconstitutional.

Judge Vinson wrote “The problem with the (Obamacare) requirement that individuals buy health insurance is that it penalizes them for not engaging in activity.

This is one of the main arguments against Obamacare. There is an apparent dumb ass named Daniel Fisher who writes in part: “(mandating) purchase (of healthcare) is a bedrock argument of the Obamacare foes, and it must tiptoe around some inconvenient facts of daily life such as state car insurance mandates…..”

This is a backwards argument from Liberals which may be successful only with 8 year old and morons,….but a rational person can’t compare driving a 3,000 lb plus motor vehicle with mandated liability insurance is apples and oranges different from requiring businesses to provide healthcare with the mandated Obamacare requirements, which have greatly driven up prices. And also much different from requiring an individual to purchase healthcare or be fined (or maybe imprisioned in a FEMA concentration camp?),….sorry, I just had to put the FEMA reference in for all my conspiracy buff readers.

And as you know, the Obamacare mandate is only for Conservatives and Republican, or otherwise businesses that don’t contribute to Democrat Campaign coffers, since the Unions, AARP and other leftist organizations have received waivers from the mandate. Of course, this is another bribe, just like what was offered Nebraska and Louisiana.

In any event, good news that yet another Judge has viewed Obamacare through the prism of the Constitution. Still, the appeal has to go to the Supreme Court. Where the U.S. Constitution cannot help but prevail.
