Change in Obama Campaign Strategy

Masters at spining the facts, the Democratic National Convention is using the facts that more Americans than ever before are on food stamps,....more Americans than ever before are out of work,......more Americans than ever before see their children growing up in a Country with less opportunity than the parents had,...all in an effort to find a platform for Obama's 2012 campaign. Call him the "Re-distributor in Chief".

But the bad thing is that he is trying to re-distribute poverty to al Americans,...excepting his pals in the unions.

Virginia bakery owner turns down Biden visit.

Chris McMurray, owner of "Crumb and Get It" bakery in southwestern Virginia, turned down a proposed visit from Vice President Joe Biden telling Biden's advance team that he (McMurray) was upset by Obama's  "you didn't build that" remark Obama made last month in a location close to McMurray's bakery.

McMurrary said "Speaking of small businesses and entrepreneurs all across this country,...actually last night my wife was up all night working. No sleep, she's worked a full 24 hours," he said.  Yes, they did build their own business.

This is a recuring trend across the country.  Another small business owner, Al Letizio, this time in New Hamsphire, posted a sign along the route of an Obama motorcade saying ""We Did Build It".  Mr Letizio say's the positive comments about his protest far outweigh any negatives.

Among the bigger gaffs that Obama has made this campaign season, the "You Didn't Built It" remark remains in the fore front of American minds because we all know exactly what Obama meant.  So does Obama and his team as they try to spin the debate against Romney and his investments and tax returns even after he has release the obligatory two years worth.  Mr. President, where are your records?!

The Can You Believe It Category

Obama and DNC can't Get Their Story Straight The First Obama fundraiser after Romney announced Ryan as VP pick, was announced by the DNC as a complete sell out. The reality is that at even a relative cheap price of $51 per head, the room was half full. The propaganda coming out of the Obama's campaign and indeed his administration looks like what the old Soviet Union used to release to make it seem to the world and to their people that things were under control and everything was just hunky-dorry. Nothing could be further from the truth and the Democrats are running scared of losing power this November 2012.

Romney and Ryan event had 10,000+ people attending a rally in Ryan's home county in Wisconsin. The 2012 Republican ticket is already defining their economic and budgetary plan in an effort to get out in front of Obama and the DNC's lies about this plan. Obama himself and his minions have already called Ryan a "right wing ideologue" who would throw seniors to the wolves over social security and medicare, even though Romney and Ryan have repeatedly said that social security and medicare reform WILL NOT effect anyone currently 55 years or older.

Pitchfork-wielding Virginia farmers rallied to support a woman who has been threatened by $5,000 in fines for not getting a "children's birthday party permit" from her local county government. Are you frigging kidding me? Is this the Big Brother act that we have now known to come and expect?

Obama Falsifications are almost daily now that Obama is in high gear on campaign mode. One of the major falsifications concerns General Motors.  Obama touts GM as one of his many accomplishments (boy, sure hate to see what he counts as failure!) saying that the GM recovery went so well, it was the #1 car manufacturer for a six month period (surpassing Toyota). What Obama is not mentioning is that the six month period he is talking about was the six months following the Tsunami in Japan which destroyed Japan's Toyota plants, that took the Japanese six months to rebuild and again claim the lead as the #1 car manufacturer. Another thing that Obama doesn't tell you is that 7 out of 10 GM cars are made in China!

And then There was Biden,....thank God for the humor in it all. Vice President Biden speaking Tuesday morning in Virginia to a largely black crowd, say's "“They’ve said it. Every Republican’s voted for it. Look at what they value and look at their budget and what they’re proposing,” an animated Biden said. “Romney wants to let the — he said in the first 100 days, he’s going to let the big banks once again write their own rules – unchain Wall Street. They’re going to put y’all back in chains. He’s said he’s going to do nothing about stopping the practice of outsourcing.” Of course, Biden is lying, the proof is that his lips are moving. This is coming from a Democrat who has failed to even produce a budget in over 1,200 days as well as from an Administration who has out sourced what American wealth is left to China. Of course Romney did not say he would "let the banks write their own rules" - this is another Democrat lie. Then he tells the crowd, again which the majority is black, that they are going back into chains under a Romney administration - Biden, you are pathetic.

Romney - Ryan 2012!

By now most people have heard that Governor Romney has selected Wisconsin Congressman Paul Ryan as his Vice Presidential pick.

Ryan, 42 years old, is a seven term representative who presents huge problems for the the Obama-Biden campaign.

With Romney's successful business record as well as his record of balancing the budget and reducing unemployment while as Masachuesetts Governor, combined with Ryan's knowledge and forward plans for fiscal solvency of this Country compared to the Obama-Biden record of incuring more debt than all the other President's combined and the fact that Obama is the ONLY President in history without a budget, .....the choice for America and indeed the only hope for this Country resides with Mitt Romney and his exceptional choice for Vice-President, Paul Ryan.

Ryan is already vetted and has a established record, not only on fiscal issues and his work on presenting a budget to get this Great Country out of the tired morass of Obama debt, but Ryan is tested and proven to be tough in the way he handled the Obama - Biden-Pelosi-Ried-Soros attacks on him.

Wow, what a great pick for Romney and what a great team for this Country.  Make sure you watch the debates between Romeny and Obama, and Ryan and Biden.  It will be like watching the Muppets play the New York Giants in football.

Rick Perry - Near Top of the Republican Presidential Candidates

The latest turn of the 2012 Republican Presidential campaign was when Texas Governor Rick Perry formally entered the field with an announcement in South Carolina, while the previously announced candidates (excepting Mitt Romney) traversed Iowa looking to pickup momentum with the Iowa Straw Poll. After the straw poll it became apparent Rick Perry's entrance helped narrow the field to three: Michele Bachmann, Mitt Romney and Ricky Perry. I know, I know some will argue that the cranky old isolationist whiner Ron Paul is still in the mix. My favorite, Herman Cain, is about fifth in most polls. And of course former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty bowed out, suprisingly so, after a fairly good showing in Iowa,....if that straw poll means anything.

With Rick Perry, the Country gets a candidate who speaks his mind, often from the cuff providing the press with many unique stories, some they spin, and some they don't need to because of what Perry says. However outspoken Rick Perry is, there is no mistaking the fact that Texas is heading into the economic downturn wind with sails flying high, while most other states, and certainly this Country, is flying out of control heading towards a cliff.

All in all I could easily support Rick Perry is he turns out to be the Republican candidate, not because any change from Obama would be better,.....that is absolutely true, but Perry has a mind set and beliefe in small Federal government and States rights.

From a Yahoo! article on Governor Perry, web link posted below:

Perry laid out these proposed innovations to the founding document in his book,Fed Up! Our Fight to Save America from Washington. He has occasionally mentioned them on the campaign trail. Several of his ideas fall within the realm of mainstream conservative thinking today, but, as you will see, there are also a few surprises.

1. Abolish lifetime tenure for federal judges by amending Article III, Section I of the Constitution.

2. Congress should have the power to override Supreme Court decisions with a two-thirds vote.

3. Scrap the federal income tax by repealing the Sixteenth Amendment.

4. End the direct election of senators by repealing the Seventeenth Amendment.

5. Require the federal government to balance its budget every year.

6. The federal Constitution should define marriage as between one man and one woman in all 50 states.

7. Abortion should be made illegal throughout the country.

Congresswoman Michele Bachmann (R-MN) Wins Iowa Straw Poll

Michele Bachmann won the Iowa straw poll on Saturday, as Texas Governor Rick Perry
formerly announced his bid for the Presidency in South Carolina and former Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty, a nemesis of Bachmann, bowed out after a fairly strong third place showing....must have ran out of money.

Bachmann, a Congresswomen from Minnesota, narrowly beat Texas Congressman Ron Paul to win the nonbinding mock election, giving her both a fund raising advantage and an emotional victory in Bachmann's birthplace.

Bachmann won with 29 percent of the vote. Paul, was a close second with 28 percent, while Pawlenty had 14 percent.

Former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum, from Pennsylvania, was fourth, businessman Herman Cain came in fifth, and Rick Perry was sixth. Perry finished with 3.6 percent of the vote even though he was not on the ballot. That was more than Mitt Romney, the former Massachusetts governor, who was on the ballot but did not participate in the poll. He finished seventh.

With a national straw poll conducted just after the results of Iowa were announced, the results were somewhat different:

Ron Paul 29%

Mitt Romney 20%

Michele Bachmann 18%

Herman Cain 14%

Newt Gingrich 8%

Jon Huntsman 6%

Rick Santorum 3%

Tim Pawlenty 3%

These were surprising to me after the National televised debate where Ron Paul seemingly shot himself in the foot with his un-educated views on the World, particularly the Islamic terrorist threat, and his whiny rant on Iran not being a threat. I know, I know, you watched it too and you said "What?!?!?".
