One scandal after another. I submit that if any previous administration even had one of the Obama-Holder-Clinton scandals, then that administration would have been gone - like Nixon. Instead we have the Obama Administration which gets away with lying to the American people on a daily basis, ruling through executive fiat since most of his radical agenda cannot be enacted through laws,....and surviving scandal after scandal. There will be another one tomorrow or the next day, I assure you.
This Red Flag news report is how Obama denied knowing anything about Fast and Furious, yet is able to place his papers and e-mails concerning Fast and Furious under Executive Priviledge, and how Holder is trying to protect this travesty from seeing the light of day. It is simple: If Obama knew nothing of Fast and Furious then he would not have any e-mails or correspondance to place under Executive Priviledge!
Attorney General Eric Holder and his Department of Justice have asked a federal court to indefinitely delay a lawsuit brought by watchdog group Judicial Watch. The lawsuit seeks the enforcement of open records requests relating to Operation Fast and Furious, as required by law.
Judicial Watch had filed, on June 22, 2012, a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request seeking all documents relating to Operation Fast and Furious and “specifically [a]ll records subject to the claim of executive privilege invoked by President Barack Obama on or about June 20, 2012.”
The administration has refused to comply with Judicial Watch’s FOIA request, and in mid-September the group filed a lawsuit challenging Holder’s denial. That lawsuit remains ongoing but within the past week President Barack Obama’s administration filed what’s called a “motion to stay” the suit. Such a motion is something that if granted would delay the lawsuit indefinitely.
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said that Holder’s and Obama’s desire to continually hide these Fast and Furious documents is “ironic” now that they’re so gung-ho on gun control. “It is beyond ironic that the Obama administration has initiated an anti-gun violence push as it seeking to keep secret key documents about its very own Fast and Furious gun walking scandal,” Fitton said in a statement. “Getting beyond the Obama administration’s smokescreen, this lawsuit is about a very simple principle: the public’s right to know the full truth about an egregious political scandal that led to the death of at least one American and countless others in Mexico. The American people are sick and tired of the Obama administration trying to rewrite FOIA law to protect this president and his appointees. Americans want answers about Fast and Furious killings and lies.”
Cowboys and the Tea Party political movement have a lot on common. Both believe in individual responsibility; judging a man by his actions not words; and, both are disgusted with government intrusions into our lives and particularly our God given rights.

Fast & Furious: Botched scandal or Deliberate Effort
As we await the House vote on holding Attorney General Holder on contempt, we located this video of Bill Whittle of Afterburner, who is one heck of a clear and concise speaker. This video is powerful. If it is true, and certainly after Obama declaring Executive Privilege over the Fast and Furious documents, it sure looks that way, this administration has committed a crime of enormous magnitude not only against the U.S. but against Mexico as well.

Nope! No Need for Voter ID Laws in the U.S.
You can't have a debate with someone if you are debating one thing and they are debating something else. Such is the tactics of the Left when it comes to all things, but in particular, the Voter ID issue.
Reasonable people believe that since you have to have an ID to purchase medication, drive a car, write checks, buy a house and do thousands of other common things,...that mandating that people who vote in elections should be required to have a picture identification is a reasonable requirements and one that will help protect the voting process against fraud. Especially since voter fraud continue to become a large problem in this country. Reports of some counties with 10,767 votes for a Democrat in a county with a total population of 8,143 are rampant.
Reasonable people argue that an ID is practical and non-invasive. Democrats however argue that this is a racist mandate designed to keep the poor black, hispanic folk and people on welfare down and eliminate their voting rights. And I thought you had to have a ID to cash welfare checks. Plus, who say's black and hispanic's are pre-diposed not to have ID? Many states are making a State ID very easy and cheap (if not free) to faciliate the integrity of the voting process.

Politics as Usual
Fast and Furious Update. The Justice Department (what an ineptly named organization by the way) is at it again. Eric Holder continues to deny involvement and knowledge of Fast and Furious, despite e-mails and documents to the contrary. The Justice Department and not so coincidentally a report from Democrats came out exonerating the Justice Department and blaming the Phoenix office of the ATF. Holder continues to hold out on some 80,000 e-mails that Congress is requesting.
There is still hope that justice will be found. The family of slain Border Patrol agent Brian Terry sued the Federal Government over Brian's death from one of thousands of guns that the Justice Department facilitated to be exported to the Mexican Cartels. Additionally, besides the Representative Issa (R-CA), Congress also has a young Congressman from South Carolina named Trey Gowdy, a former prosecutor now hot on the trail to get to the truth about one of the biggest blunders, and now cover ups, in Federal history.
Obama's Religious Hypocrisy. President Obama spoke at the 60th annual National Prayer Breakfast. Obama spoke about his Christian beliefs for both politics and his personal life (but to be sure, some people still think he is not a Christian). Obama turned this morning of religious unity into a stump speech trying to make the point that his design to raise taxes on the wealthiest Americans, ram down health mandates usurping individual freedoms and other anti-business economic decisions were, in fact, grounded in his faith.
“I think to myself, if I’m willing to give something up as somebody who’s been extraordinarily blessed, and give up some of the tax breaks that I enjoy, I actually think that’s going to make economic sense,” Obama told the audience. “But for me, as a Christian, it also coincides with Jesus’s teaching that ‘for unto whom much is given, much shall be required."
Well if you want to pay more fine - pay more. But don;t be using our money to fund your radical agenda and failed economic agenda. This is a matter of freedom and the very existence of our government. For Obama to use religion to try and justify his freedom killing beliefs is just pathetic.

Attorney General, Eric Holder, has already said this is one of his major issues. He does not believe the 2nd Amendment gives individuals the right to bear arms. Lanny Breuer's Incredibly Stupid Comments
Make no mistake about it, this Justice Department and this Administration has an anti-second amendment agenda. It is very telling that Mexico President Calderon is silent,......completely silent about the U.S. Government arming Mexican Drug Cartels,.....whereas in previous speaking engagements he has towed the Obama Administration line about the U.S. gun dealers arming cartels.

The Sinking Justice Department
Yet another black mark against Attorney General Eric Holder comes to the surface.
Eric Holder, still pushing back against Congress’ attempts to get to the truth of the “fast and Furious” gun-running fiasco, is now exposed for the reverse racism practiced by his Justice Department. The public first saw Holder’s skewed view of justice when he failed to prosecute uniformed, baton wielding Black militants intimidating white voters outside of Philadelphia polling stations.
Although the Department of Justice's prosecution of these Black militants began in the very last days of the Bush administration, the case was dropped by the Justice Department after Eric Holder took over.
One of the lawyers, J. Christian Adams, who was one of the prosecutors on that case resigned in protest. Adams has now penned a book, titled “Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department” exposing the radical and reverse racism agenda of the Holder Department of Justice.
According to Thomas Sowell, a well known national conservative author and editorial voice,…..”Despite the efforts of some in the media and in politics to depict the voter intimidation in Philadelphia as just an isolated incident involving a few thugs at one voting place, former U.S. Attorney Adams shows that these thugs were in fact part of a nationwide organization doing similar things elsewhere. Moreover, the civil rights division of the Justice Department has turned the same blind eye to similar voter intimidation and corruption of the voting process by other people and other organizations in other cities and states — so long as those being victimized were white and the victimizers were black.”
“This is all spelled out in detail, naming names and naming places, not only among those in the country at large, but also among those officials of the Justice Department who turned its role of protecting the civil rights of all Americans into a policy of racial partisanship and racial payback. The widespread, organized and systematic corruption of the voting process revealed by the author of "Injustice" is on a scale that can swing not only local but national elections, including the 2012 elections. The Department of Justice under Attorney General Eric Holder has not only turned a blind eye to blatant evidence of voter fraud, it has actively suppressed those U.S. Attorneys in its own ranks who have tried to stop that fraud.”
With recent revelations on Indiana voter fraud pertaining to Obama’s right to have been on the Presidential ballot and with insider’s claiming that Holder considers himself a black man first, as opposed to the Nation’s Attorney General first, there is plenty of reason to suspect and investigate this administration and this Justice Department for intent to manipulate elections and subsequently the results in order to attain their anti-American, socialist agenda,……even as the ship is sinking.

Congressman Issa's Letter to Eric Holder
As Eric Holder, the Justice Department, and the Obama Administration continued to stone wall Congress and the American people on the Fast and Furious atrocity, where the U.S. Government became the de facto provider of weapons to Mexican Cartels, some individual Congressmen continue to find the truth.
After receiving a scathing letter from Attorney General Eric Holder addressed to the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, Rep. Darrell Issa, R-CA, Chairman House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, cited this new low in the efforts of Holder, etc., to keep the truth from coming out about this incredibly stupid endeavor. Their actions certainly relate to their incompetence and possibly their criminality. Hundreds, if not thousands, of Federal Agents hold Holder and the Administration responsible for the deaths of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and Immigration Enforcement Agent Jaime Zapata, whose murders were done using weapons from Fast and Furious.

Apparently there was a lot more back and forth than just reported in the newspapers from Issa's committee and the Attorney General's Office on just how far up the chain of command did knowledge of Operations Fast and Furious, aka Operation Arming the Cartels, go before being blown up with Holder's lies (for you liberal's it was "mistruths") concerning when he knew.
Issa tells Holder that all he and his department has done was to "obfuscate, shift blame, berate and attempt to change the topic" concerning the Department's part in Fast and Furious....and that's putting it lightly.
You must read this damning letter. At the very least Holder needs to be fired for incredible incompetence. At worst he is guilty of perjury.

Who Killed Osama?
Received earlier today from a Vietnam Vet who was passed along the message from another Vet.
Let's be clear "Let's be clear on this: OBAMA did NOT kill Bin Laden. An American sailor, who Obama just a few weeks ago was debating on whether or not to PAY, did.
In fact, if you remember a little less than two years ago, his administration actually charged and attempted to court martial 3 Navy Seals from Seal Team Six, when a terrorist suspect they captured, complained they had punched him during the take down and bloodied his nose. His administration further commented how brutal they were. The left were calling these SEALS Nazi's and Baby Killers. Now all of a sudden the very brave men they vilified, are now heros when they make his administration look good in the eyes of the public.
Obama just happened to be the one in office when the CIA finally found the SOB and our sailors took him out. Essentially, Obama only gave an answer. Yes or No, to him being taken out (and this is in doubt with the revealing that Panetta gave the order for the Osama mission because of a waffling Obama.) This is NOT an Obama victory, but an AMERICAN victory!!

Speaking of the CIA, Obama gave a speech there, right before the wall of heroes where fallen CIA operatives are noted with a simple star,....no name. However i's still the same CIA that Obama ordered Eric Holder to investigate for torture. It that hypocrotical or what?!?

In the Wake of Osama's Takedown
Embarrasing also the uber leftist-liberals supporters that President Obama, Vice President Biden and Secretary of State Clinton, who are all on record as saying coerced interrogation does not work. Yet these politicians are reveling in the removal of Osama bin Scumbag from the face of the earth.
Shame on these leftists who always want their bread buttered on both sides.
Now stay tuned,...stayed finely tuned for leftists calls to investigate the SEALS that killed Osama. We have already heard about rumblings from the United Nations about looking into possible "human rights abuses" and even "murder" from this operation.
And I would not put it past this Administration to have the Justice Department conduct an investigation into the operation. Attorney General Holder is famous for causes that go against not only plain common sense but the will of the American people.

New Look at Obama and Holder's Department of Justice
How interesting? No! How damn sickening it is that the U.S Department of Justice changed their website. Gone are the colorful red, white and blue patriotic U.S. flag decorations on the page, to be replaced by stark black and white. And at the top of the page is an interesting quote: "The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."
Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be relevant but still obvious point)..... the quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'
Combined with the Hillary Clinton's State Department's move to bring Arizona before the U.N. Human Rights Commission outlines this Adminstrations social justice - one world government mentality.
Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism, call it Obamaism - under any of those names it definitely makes the DOJ look corrupt in their sleek, new black website with Marxist accessories to match.
