Hail Ghadhafi's Death,....makes no matter to me how he was killed, the important thing is that he is gone. There are reports coming out that he secreted over $200 Billion,....billion not million, from Libya's coffers to personal bank accounts over the world. However, the U.S. News paper, what we call the mainstream media is declaring this an Obama Foreign Policy Victory. Really. Obama bungled this from the get go not establishing clear objectives and publishing the Rules of Engagement so that the Libyan military new precisely what they do against the Libyan insurgents and get away with it. Obama Foreign Policy victory - No. If anyone get's the Blue Ribbon it should be the Libyan people.
American Troops Out of Iraq. Obama announced he was pulling out all American troops save for around 200 to 1,200 for Foreign Military Sales purposes. The mainstream media is again championing this as Obama fulfilling a promise. Well, they got that right. He did promise to end American involvement in the Iraq conflict and he has also fulfilled his promise as a naive and inexperienced leader in foreign policy. The winner's here are the Iranians who are chomping at the bit to have a clear field to wreck havoc in Iraq and bring that country into the Iranian fold either through a Iranian sparked civil war or through subversion of the Iraqi government. Commenting on the troop pullout, the Obama administration touted this as playing hard ball with the Iraqi government over the Iraqi's intransigence about signing a Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) over U.S. service member immunity from Iraqi prosecution. Chalk this up to failed Diplomacy of the Obama Administration.
Tax Brakes for Hiring Felons? California is floating a bill that would give businesses a tax break to hire ex-felons. Where is the tax break to hire a disabled veteran or any service member leaving the military? Unbelievable - but that's California.
Cowboys and the Tea Party political movement have a lot on common. Both believe in individual responsibility; judging a man by his actions not words; and, both are disgusted with government intrusions into our lives and particularly our God given rights.

A.N.S.W.E.R. does NOT even know the Question
Never heard of an organization called ANSWER - Act Now to Stop War and End Racism, until a partner of mine sent me an article to look at.
I am re-posting the article and have added my comments. I don't normally give loser groups much coverage,..cause that's what they want,...... some pulpit to yap their drivel from,...but,...I couldn't just let this scumbag off the hook. I wanted to post his idiocy for all to see and I wanted to comment on it in my normally restrained manner.

The same global powers that used the force of arms to colonize Africa, suction out its natural resources and enslave millions of its people are now raining bombs and missiles down on the continent's largest oil producer.
Cowboy's comment: Libya = largest oil producer in Africa? At 1.8% total world output? Have to check on that. Thought Nigeria's output was higher. But, I'll give Peckerwood the benefit of the doubt.
A great irony in the vicious and yet cowardly attack on Libya is that the same exploiters and enslavers of Africa explain their most recent act of mass violence as motivated by a tender concern for democracy and freedom for Libyans.
Cowboy's comment: Vicious and Cowardly? Really! Hey Peckerwood - What do you call Qaddafi's tanks running over weaponless Libyan's just desiring a little freedom?
On Libya 's eastern border is Egypt , where the U.S. government financed, armed and cheered on the Mubarak dictatorship until the very last days of the tyrant's hold on power. Even during the people's uprising at Tahrir Square and elsewhere, the spigot of U.S. "foreign aid" kept flowing to Mubarak. After Israel , Egypt 's torturers were the second-largest recipient of this "aid."
Cowboy's comment: If Egyptians are torturers and surely they have tortured prisoners,...what do you call Islamic terrorist who target Israel today? How about your pen pal Ahmadinejad from Iran? I hate you liberals who verbally tear apart US Foreign Policy, and US allies, yet remain silent on other really vicious dictators around the world. Worst yet, you have never risked anything in your life.
The U.S. government is at war again. How could they get away with launching another war when they tell us the country is so broke that vital public services must be slashed and public workers must be fired in massive numbers?
The people of the United States are opposed to the war in Iraq and Afghanistan , and would openly oppose a third U.S. war in a Muslim country. So President Obama, Secretary of State Clinton and Secretary of Defense Gates are going out of the way to assure the country that all the bleeding will be exclusively from Libyans.
When U.S./NATO forces destroyed Serbia and broke up Yugoslavia in the 1999 aerial war, they dropped 23,000 bombs and missiles on Yugoslavs and not one U.S. soldier died.

As they did in the 19th century, the colonialists-who have now morphed into modern-day imperialists-bribed or coerced some indigenous elites to function as their partners and clients. Today, the so-called Arab League provided some early cover to mask the imperialist character of the operation.
As U.S. planes drop terror bombs in the center of Tripoli , CIA-operated drone aircrafts are carrying out missile attacks on villages in Pakistan, and Pentagon forces are bombing the people of Afghanistan . Tens of thousands of U.S. troops still occupy Iraq after a war that took 1 million Iraqi lives.

Washington's goal in Libya is to have the U.S.-backed rebel leadership of Libya 's civil war take power in all of Libya or, as an alternative, to become a new governing power in the oil-rich eastern part of the country.
The cheerleaders for this "democracy movement" went from right-wing Republicans to some liberal Democrats. It is a repeat of the political alignment that led to the first Iraq war in 1991 and the Yugoslav war in 1999. In this case too, they were joined by some in the U.S. anti-war movement, including some self-described "socialists," desiring to show their "democratic" credentials and wanting to accommodate to liberal mainstream public opinion. By their cheerleading for a rebellion whose leaders demanded foreign intervention, and focusing all their fire on the Libyan government, they only contributed to confusion in the weeks leading up to the onslaught against Libya . They are embarrassed about their position now that the imperial carnage is clear for all to see.
The United States needs a real anti-imperialist movement-a movement that can resist the lies and demonization schemes that the corporate media churns out to justify military aggression. That's why the ANSWER Coalition is mobilizing a movement in the streets that extends a hand of solidarity to the people of Libya , Iraq , Afghanistan and Palestine who have both suffered and resisted the terrorism of the greatest war machine in human history. Please join us in the streets in coming days in demonstrations across the country.

Obama - Failed Leadership
Even the most strident, blind and hearing impaired Liberal cannot refute the fact that President Obama is mising in action,......where the hell is the President?
More than half way through the Fiscal Year without a Budget;...the national debt climbing at a rate of $4.8 billion doolars day,...sky rocketing fuel prices furthering ruining a ruined economy,......a mad hatter in Libya massacring his own people,.....a bunch of Ayatollah loving madmen in Iran developing Nuclear weapons,.......one of our closet allies (Japan) requesting help,.....and our President is missing.
Well not quite missing, he was afterall photgraphed choosing on the golf course and picking his winners in the NCAA Basketball tournament and side with the budget killing unions in Wisconsin.
Okay, to be fair, around noon three days ago Obama comes out and briefs the U.N. no-fly plan for Libya,…..he had more questions than he could answer…..besides it is not the U.S. leading this effort,....it is the U.N., primarily Britain, France and Italy in the forefront. Everyone is noticing,....the usually reserved British Prime Minister, David Cameron, even could not refrain from voicing his frustrations, criticizing President Obama for his lack of leadership on Libya.
And where is Obama right now? In Brazil loaning money to an oil drilling enterprise that George Soros has interests in. Unbelievable! Obama remains in contept of Federal court for unconstitutional restrictions on Gulf of Mexico oil drilling, while this country wallows in high fuel prices, but has the time (and our money) to fund investments for his leading political campaign funder.
Obama is so in over his head trying to lead not only this country but the free world. What more could go wrong? He is presiding over, and mostly responsible for a terrible economy, 9% unemployment, a reliance on foreign oil, and, a degraded respect for America through the world.
There is a saying,..”Follow, Lead or Get The Hell Out Of The Way!”,...well, we'll just have to take the get the hell our of the way option in 2012.
